Registration for BSOC 2025
-Conference Date: Thursday, October 30 - Sunday, November 2, 2025
-Registration Starts: June 13th, 2025
-Registration Deadline: September 1st, 2025 (11:59 pm MST)
-Price: $500 CAD (taxes are included in the price)****
****Price includes participation to the conference (presentations and mixers), 3 nights in a hotel room, 3 breakfasts, 4 coffee breaks + taxes.
-Price for Guest/ +1 is $400 CAD
!!!IMPORTANT!!! : Once you complete the registration form below, payment must be submitted within 24 hours.
-There are two method to pay for your registration:
1) E-transfer: e-transfer of $500 CAD can be sent to bsoc@ualberta.ca. Please use this code for sending your e-transfer: university
2) Credit card: Please follow this link below (via Eventbrite) and pay for a ticket (note: there is a $18 fee per ticket for using Eventbrite):
If you require an invoice for your registration, need to pay by cheque, or need to add a guest/ +1 to your registration, please email us at bsoc@ualberta.ca and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
